Refund policy

Not happy with your MOSS image? Get the generation credit back in one click from your result or history page, or request a refund to your card within 14 days — no questions asked.

If a generation fails or times out, credits return automatically. You do not need to contact us for failed jobs.

Unused credits: If you bought a pack and have not used the credits, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@pixglen.com.

Card refunds are processed through Stripe back to your original payment method. Banks vary on how long refunds take to appear (often 5–10 business days).

There is no subscription to cancel. Each purchase is a one-time credit pack.

If you are considering a chargeback, please email us first — we resolve most issues within one business day.
